The 2024 Work-Integrated Learning International conference will include a wide range of attendees and speakers. It is conveniently located in wonderful Te Whanganui a Tara – Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand.

Attendees

A range of people from tertiary intuitions, workforce development groups, private training institutions and careers and education professionals – anyone with an interest in work-Integrated learning and/or related areas.

Speakers

Speakers may include academic teaching staff, researchers, professional staff including administration, management and careers professionals, industry professionals, students, and graduates.

Location

The conference will be held at Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand at the CBD Pipitea campus. Wellington is a great place to visit and there is lots to do all within its central city location.

Work-Integrated Learning International Conference 2024 Programme

The conference programme includes keynote speakers, full presentations, panel discussions, good practice workshops, special interest groups and networking opportunities across two days. There will also be a professional development day with optional workshops the day before the conference.

  • Monday 8th April – Pre-Conference Day. 1pm – Professional development research workshop. ‘Methodologies for WIL research: Ensuring quality research’
  • Tuesday 9th April – Day 1 of conference programme. A full day of sessions and optional conference dinner in the evening.
  • Wednesday 10th April – Day 2 of conference. A range of sessions up until early afternoon with an optional local activity to close the conference.
